Your InduraDream™ RV Mattress Topper order number can be found in your order confirmation email. If you’re unable to locate it, please contact us at support@induramattress.com.

The mattress law tag is typically sewn into the underside or side seam of your mattress, usually near the head or foot. Please take a clear photo of the law tag and upload it using the form above.

If your mattress has an unusual shape (cut corner, radius, split), include a photo or sketch in the upload or notes field so our team can confirm the details.

Measuring Radii:

1. Where the rounded corners meet, place two rulers (measuring tapes/yardsticks work too) perpendicular to each other.

2. The number where the two rulers intersect is the radius measurement.

Once your form is submitted, our team will review your details and contact you at the email provided if any additional information is needed.

After everything is confirmed, we’ll begin production on your custom topper and send you an “Order In Progress” email. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation once your topper ships—typically within 5–7 business days of receiving your dimensions.
